Mr Ajit Tolani

Mr. Ajit Tolani heads the Firm’s tax litigation practice encompassing International Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Corporate Tax litigation. He has 22 years of experience in international tax and transfer pricing. Ajit brings in the global understanding by working in India and internationally in the US. He worked for ten years with Big4 Firm KPMG in India and later headed the transfer pricing practice of Economic Laws Practice. Ajit has won several high-profile international tax and transfer pricing litigations with stakes over USD 100 million.
